Do you have crooked teeth and are you unhappy with your smile?
Today it is possible to achieve a perfect smile using aesthetic braces.
What is invisible aesthetic orthodontics?
The undisputed protagonist of invisible fixed orthodontics is undoubtedly the system Invisalign .
It is a series of clear aligners that move and realign the teeth.
When you wear them they have a “contact lens” effect, so they are practically invisible.
The advantage of these aligners is that they can be removed for brushing, making it easier to maintain proper oral hygiene standards.
The limitation, however, is that they are not always able to resolve serious malocclusions.

What is aesthetic fixed orthodontics?
A very valid system, always invisible, is the fixed lingual appliance
which involves the positioning of “plates” on the lingual surface of the teeth (inside the mouth).
This system is usually quicker at correcting misalignments than the clear aligner system and also allows for the resolution of many advanced malocclusions.
The discomfort of the lingual positioning of the plates usually goes away after a few days, and this remains a very comfortable and invisible appliance.
The lingual technique can also be performed without the aid of metal plates, using elastic wires attached with small pieces of composite material, taking up very little space.

When the teeth are only slightly misplaced,
It is possible to obtain an excellent aesthetic result simply by using dental veneers, without the need for braces.
Dental veneers are very thin ceramic shells that are custom-made and then glued onto the teeth.
This makes it easy to correct shape, color, and resolve misalignments in just two treatment sessions and without anesthesia!
In fact, the preparation takes place only in the thickness of the enamel and is completely painless.
How much does cosmetic orthodontics cost?
Each case must be evaluated individually and it is often preferable to combine aesthetic orthodontic techniques with finalization with dental veneers, in order to obtain the best possible result.
